Ad targeting isn’t perfect, and you’ll likely receive some unqualified leads (e.g. people located too far from your practice). Our AI and ads work to minimize this by clearly showing the price of your service and the location of your practice upfront.


What If My Front Desk Misses a Live Transfer?

Call the patient number from the “Hot Patient Lead” notification sent to your phone and email. Pick-up rates may vary, so it’s best for your front desk to be available to take live transfers during your business hours!


What Phone Number is Used?

Your Voice AI uses a number hosted by Dently AI with your area code and forwards calls to your main office phone number when patients are ready to book.


How Does the AI Know About Our Practice?

It uses details from your onboarding form. If a question can’t be answered, your AI will forward patient calls to your front desk for assistance.


What Does Patient Leads See After Clicking an Online Ad?

Patient clicks on your ad and fills out a short form with their name and phone number. Then, the AI instantly sends a text, then follows up with a call during business hours.


How Can I See the AI’s Conversations With Patients?
