Online Ads Billing

Updated over 5 months ago

Billing for your online ads goes directly to the ad platforms, such as Google or Facebook Ads, and not through us. Each platform charges you directly for the ad spend on your account.

Payment Issues

Sometimes, a payment might get declined, which can pause your ads.

To resolve this, you may need to reauthorize your card. Here’s how you can make a payment on platforms like Facebook Ads:

  1. Next to "Amount due," click Pay now.

  2. Enter the amount you want to pay.

  3. Select the payment method you want to charge. If you're adding a new payment method:

    • Select Add new payment method.

    • Click Next, then enter your new payment method details.

    • Click Save.

  4. In the Review your payment section, click Pay now.

  5. Click Done.

Your payment will be processed immediately, though it may take a few minutes for the update to reflect in your account. Once the payment is processed, your ads will resume automatically.

For more detailed steps, you can refer to the Facebook Help Center.

Low Billing Threshold for New Accounts

If your ad account is new, you may notice that your billing threshold is initially set low. This is because platforms like Google and Facebook want to ensure you pay any outstanding amounts promptly. As a result, in the first few weeks, you might see multiple small transactions from the ad platforms.

Over time, you can request to increase this billing threshold for fewer payments.
