2) Use the same login credentials as on your computer.

What Does our Front Desk Need to Do?

The AI handles everything in the background — you just need to track patients in the ā€œTrack Patientsā€ tab.


What Are the Key Stages in the ā€œTrack Patientsā€ Tab?

  • Cold leads: No confirmed interest (ignore).

  • Hot leads: Ready to book (AI notifies you).

  • Appointment booked: Time confirmed (move manually if AI hasn’t).

  • Showed: Appointment attended (move manually).

šŸ’” To move a patient, simply drag and drop their card into the correct stage.


Can I Add Multiple Users (e.g., Front Desk Staff)?

Yes. Go to ā€œMy Staffā€ > ā€œAdd Userā€, enter their first name, last name, and email, then click Next and Save. They’ll receive an email invite to log in.


How Can I See the AI’s Conversations With Patients?

• Phone Calls: Summary included in the Hot Patient Lead Notification.

• Text Messages: Accessible under the Conversations tab in the dashboard.
