Step 1: Set Up Your Account

1) Check your email for "Activate Your Account | Dently.ai" (check spam if necessary) and click the log-in link.

2) Follow the verification steps and log in.

3) Follow our quick walkthrough of the platform.

4) Bookmark app.dently.ai in your browser for easy access.

5) In the left menu of the Dently dashboard, click “Mobile App” and follow the instructions to download the app to track patient conversations on the go.

💡 Trouble logging in via email invite? Go to app.dently.ai and log in with:

  • Email: Your signup email

  • Password: DentlyClient24145!

Change your password anytime under Settings.

Step 2: Team Access and Engagement

1) Add all relevant team members who handle patient communication (e.g. front desk or treatment coordinator) to the dashboard using these instructions.

2) Share the link to your Quick-Start Checklist Google doc with them so they also have access to the onboarding resources.

3) Hold a brief team meeting to confirm access, clarify who manages patient communication together with your AI, and ensure everyone understands the system essentials and best practices.
