Where will I see these messages?
Facebook and Instagram leads appear under Conversations in your Dently AI portal, alongside your text and live chat leads. You can view and reply to every patient lead conversation in one place.
What does the AI do in a conversation?
It answers questions, collects the patient's name and phone number, and sends your scheduling link so they can schedule themselves.
How do I take over a conversation?
The AI handles the first conversation by default. It stops following up once a patient becomes a Hot lead, meaning they've asked for a preferred appointment time or been sent the scheduling link.
If you want to stop AI communication for a specific patient, simply check the DND (Do Not Disturb) box under Conversations. This immediately stops all outgoing AI messages to that patient, e.g., when your front desk wants to take over.
