1. Website Live Chat

A chat bubble appears on the website, and the AI answers visitors instantly.
Instructions
Add the chat widget code from our email to the site's body or footer code. The chat appears on the site right away, and nothing else on the website changes.

2. Website Request Form
⏱️ Setup time: 15 to 30 minutes (depending on your current setup)
If the practice has a request form, the AI can follow up on those leads too. Each lead who submits the form is added as a row in a spreadsheet, then synced to the practice's Dently account automatically. The AI follows up right away.
