The Smart Filtering Review Page
The first component of the system is the Smart Filtering Review Page. This helps maximize 5-star reviews on Google while privately collecting critical insights from unhappy patients. Here's how it works:
Start Page:
When a patient clicks your review link, they’re taken to the Smart Filtering Page:
If they select 4 or 5 stars:
They’re automatically directed to your Google review page so they can share their experience publicly—helping boost your local search ranking and online credibility.
If they select 1–3 stars:
Instead of posting publicly, they’re redirected to a private feedback form, where they can leave their name, email, and comments. This feedback is only sent directly to you via text and email, so you can follow up and resolve concerns without it affecting your public reviews.
How to Send a Review Request
You can trigger the review message automatically through Dently, or link to the review page manually from your existing system.
Option A: Auto-Send via Dently AI
In the “Track Patients” tab, simply move the patient to the “✅ Showed” column:
This will send the following text automatically:
We hope you enjoyed your dental visit at [DENTAL PRACTICE]!
If you’d like, you can share your experience here [REVIEW PAGE LINK].
Option B: Manual Send
You can also link directly to the smart review page from your own software, emails, or text messages.
